INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 lb. chicken wing drumettes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 small bouillon cube
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp KomBei's Suya Pepper
- 2 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine all spices and oil, mixing well.
- Add chicken wings to the spice mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- Incorporate baking powder into the mix and stir until well combined.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking tray, avoiding overcrowding.
- Bake in the air fryer for 18 minutes, turning every 9 minutes. In the oven, bake the chicken wings for an hour, turning every 30 minutes.
- Serve with the dressing of your choice.
